AI Greek Trip Planner provides an AI-powered trip planning service that creates personalized travel itineraries for destinations in Greece. Our service uses:

• OpenAI GPT-4: Artificial intelligence to generate customized travel itineraries
• Mapbox & Google Maps: Interactive maps and transit directions
• Trip Customization: Based on your preferences including duration, budget, travel style, and interests

Important: We are a planning tool only. We do not sell flights, hotels, ferry tickets, or tours. All bookings must be made directly with service providers.

By accessing or using AI Greek Trip Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Pricing Structure

• Free Trial: 2 free trip itinerary generations per browser session
• Pay Per Trip: €5 per additional itinerary, payable via Stripe
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: Trip credits are non-refundable once an itinerary has been generated. Since our AI service provides immediate value upon generation, we cannot offer refunds after the service has been delivered. Please review your trip preferences carefully before generating an itinerary.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data at scale
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

Our service uses artificial intelligence (GPT-4) to generate travel itineraries. You acknowledge that:

• AI Accuracy: AI-generated itineraries may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies
• Not Professional Advice: Our service does not constitute professional travel advice
• Verify Information: You are responsible for verifying all details including opening hours, prices, ferry schedules, and availability before travel
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated itineraries
• Use at Your Own Risk: You are solely responsible for decisions made based on our AI-generated content
• Weather & Events: Itineraries do not account for weather conditions, strikes, local events, or other unforeseen circumstances

Your Content: You retain all rights to trip preferences, notes, and other content you submit to our service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Our Content: All website content, software, design, logos, and materials (excluding your submitted content and third-party content) are owned by AI Greek Trip Planner and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our service.

Our service integrates with and links to third-party services:

• OpenAI (itinerary generation)
• Mapbox & Google Maps (maps and directions)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Ferry companies, hotels, airlines (booking links)

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED ITINERARIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOUR FAILURE TO VERIFY TRAVEL INFORMATION
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (flights, ferries, hotels, etc.)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Greek Trip Planner, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Security or operational concerns
• Legal compliance requirements

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
