Sharing & processors

- Unsaved generated plans are deleted as part of routine operations.
- Saved trips remain until you delete them from your account.
- Support emails are kept for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner.
- Donation/payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.
