AI inputs & outputs
  • Prompts you submit to generate an itinerary.
  • Generated outputs (summaries, routes) stored only if you save them.

Why we use your data

  • Provide and improve the trip planning service.
  • Customize itineraries, maps, and recommendations.
  • Communicate with you (support, updates you opt in to).
  • Protect our services (fraud prevention, abuse detection).

  • Contract — to deliver your generated itinerary when you request it.

Sharing & processors

We don’t sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted processors who help us run the service, under data‑processing agreements:

  • Hosting & infrastructure providers.
  • Map & geospatial services (e.g., map tiles, routing).
  • Analytics and error monitoring.
  • Payment processors (for donations).
  • Email delivery providers.

We also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer. If we transfer data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data retention

  • Unsaved generated plans are deleted as part of routine operations.
  • Saved trips remain until you delete them from your account.
  • Support emails are kept for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner.
  • Donation/payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
