AI Greek Trip Planner provides an AI‑generated trip planning service that creates itineraries and maps based on user inputs. We do not sell tickets or make bookings.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Outputs are for informational purposes only and may contain errors or be outdated; verify details (e.g., opening hours, prices, ferries) with official sources before acting.
• We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific situation.

• You must be at least 16 to use the service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and update it as needed.

• Do not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, or interfere with normal operation).
• Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Respect local laws and regulations when using suggested routes or activities.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., trip notes, preferences). You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use that content solely to operate and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless necessary for the service.

Generated itineraries and summaries are produced by AI. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or reflect biases in source data. Use judgment and verify critical details. You are responsible for decisions you make based on outputs.

The service may link to third‑party sites (e.g., ferry operators, airlines, hotels, map providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.

• Donations are voluntary and currently not tax‑deductible.
• Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal (once enabled).

• The website, software, design, and content (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by IP laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us with details (work identified, location of the material, and your contact info). We will review and respond.
