1. Who we are
AI Greek Trip Planner provides an AI‑generated trip planning service that creates itineraries and maps based on user inputs. We do not sell tickets or make bookings.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Service description & limitations
- The service generates itineraries, routes, and summaries using generative AI and mapping tools.
- Outputs are for informational purposes only and may contain errors or be outdated; verify details (e.g., opening hours, prices, ferries) with official sources before acting.
- We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific situation.
4. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 to use the service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, or interfere with normal operation).
- Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Respect local laws and regulations when using suggested routes or activities.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., trip notes, preferences). You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use that content solely to operate and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless necessary for the service.
7. AI outputs
Generated itineraries and summaries are produced by AI. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or reflect biases in source data. Use judgment and verify critical details. You are responsible for decisions you make based on outputs.
8. Third‑party services & links
The service may link to third‑party sites (e.g., ferry operators, airlines, hotels, map providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.
9. Donations & billing (Not in use for now!)
- Donations are voluntary and currently not tax‑deductible.
- Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time via the billing portal (once enabled).

- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law.
11. Copyright concerns
If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us with details (work identified, location of the material, and your contact info). We will review and respond.
12. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it, including GDPR rights.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
16. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time; sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
17. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Courts of Athens, Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
18. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means (e.g., banner or email, if applicable). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
